What you can expect: Stay comfortable for 30 minutes, in a guided meditation with crystal energy, sound therapy, mantras, mudras & affirmation. You can expect to feel heat, tingling, pulsing sensations throughout your body. Sometimes a client can feel exhausted after a treatment because there is a lot of energy pulsing through each cell membrane. Its important to shower or bath after the session or later in the day to add to the cleansing and recharging stage.
